Starting 7pm Thursday 2nd May

The Marriage Preparation Course is a series of five sessions to help engaged couples or those exploring the possibility of marriage, build strong foundations for their future together. We will begin on Thursday the 2nd of May at 7pm meeting in St Giles Church Centre, for each Thursday evening during May.
We really want you to enjoy investing this time into your relationship and feel at ease so will begin each session with a meal, giving you a chance to reconnect with one another and spend some quality time together.

This will be followed by a series of videos, which will include a variety of exercises and times for discussion as a couple. You'll be seated at your own table for two so all your discussion will be private, however we will have some other married couples on hand if you would like to chat anything through further.

The five sessions are:

Communication: Learn your personality types and your communication styles
Commitment: Explore the importance and benefits of committed relationships
Resolving conflict: Discover potential relationship challenges and how to tackle them
Keeping love alive: How to maintain the momentum of your relationship
Shared goals and values: Find out what is important to you both & develop unity as a couple

There is a suggested donation of £10 per couple for the course to help towards the cost of food and course materials. You can book a ticket using the form below.  Please remember to book a ticket for yourself and your partner.
