The government advice is to Stay at Home, Protect the NHS and Save Lives.

It is essential that we follow this advice:

  • Only go outside for food, exercise (once a day) or work (if you absolutely cannot work from home)
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home with soap and water for 20 seconds.

Remember, you can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

And finally…the words of this song seem apt:

God, I look to You
I won't be overwhelmed
Give me vision to see things like You do
God I look to You
You're where my help comes from
Give me wisdom, You know just what to do

God I Look To You (Lyric Video) - Francesca Battistelli | Starlight

Jeremiah 29:7 And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the LORD for it; for in its peace you will have peace.
