Dan joined us as an intern in September 2024 as part of the Diocesan Ministry Intern programme. He is with us for almost a year and is training in various areas of ministry and working with all ages.

I was born in Northampton and grew up attending Churches around the county, as well as the annual New Wine United conference where I have served on the prayer ministry team for the last four years. I graduated from the University of Northampton in 2023 with a BA in International Politics and Drama, connecting to St Giles through the Chaplaincy and members of the Christian Union. My jobs have included theatre in education, county council policy implementation, and serving tea and oil changes at a motorcycle shop.
As a participant in the Peterborough Diocese Ministry Experience Scheme I will be serving in children and youth ministry throughout the week and in Sunday morning services, alongside assisting with the Wellbeing Café and student ministry at the University of Northampton. You will also find me supporting third age and wellbeing activities across the parish and regularly taking on roles in the Sunday evening services.
